REGALAC®1
Standard Infant Formula from full-term birth up to the age of 6 months
REGALAC® 1 is an infant formula that covers all the nutritional needs of infants from full-term birth up to the age of 6 months.
Main characteristics of REGALAC® 1:
- Amino acid profile close to the one of breast milk thanks to an optimal ratio whey / casein proteins (60% / 40%)
- Optimal fatty acid profile thanks to the use in production of a specific blend of vegetable oils
- Provides the adequate amounts of essential fatty acids (ω6 & ω3) for proper infant development and LC PUFA’s synthesis
- Enriched with the 4 conditionally essential nutrients (Choline, Taurine, Inositol & L-Carnitine)
- Enriched with 12 minerals & 13 vitamins in compliance with the Dietary Reference Intakes
- Ideal calcium / phosphorus ratio to promote optimal bones & teeth mineralization
The composition of REGALAC® 1 complies with the latest scientific regulations in force (Codex Alimentarius 2011 and EU directive 141/2006) and scientific recommendations (ESPGHAN 2005 and AAPCON).
Important notice: Breast milk is the best nutrition for infants. If breastfeeding is not available or not sufficient, an infant formula may be used according to Health professionals' guidance.
All the formulas developed, produced and marketed by REGALAC® are fully compliant with the recommendations of major scientific and medical authorities in the field, such as the Codex Alimentarius 2011, ESPGHAN, the AAPCON and the regulations in force in the countries where the products are marketed and in particular the Directive 2006/141 of the European Union.
